How much does it cost to join?
Signing up is free and there is no subscription. Zishop is paid only through a commission on sales made via the platform.
Which businesses can become partners?
Shops and stores, craftspeople and makers, wellness, guides and tours, sport and leisure, art and culture.
How are partners selected?
Zishop reviews each application on four criteria: the quality of the offer, proximity to the hotels, relevance for a stay and the ability to deliver the service or hand over the product.
How do I manage my orders and bookings?
From your partner area: you track your orders, your bookings and your activity.
Can I sync my availability?
Yes. Zishop has its own planner, which syncs with Google Calendar and iCal calendars. For activities and ticketing, Zishop has its own session database and OCTO connectivity: if you are already connected via OCTO, your sessions are synced.
Can I deliver to guests at their hotel?
Yes, if you handle delivery yourself. Soon, a fleet of Zishop couriers will take care of short-distance delivery to the hotel reception, at no cost to you.
